Be a part of recruiting future Notre Dame graduates.
The Notre Dame Alumni and Parent Admissions Recruitment Team (APART) is a program comprised of alumni and parent volunteers who assist the Enrollment Division in sharing information about Notre Dame with prospective students.
We rely on alumni or parents to be a part of personalizing the admission process for students who are interested in attending Notre Dame. Sharing perspective as a former student or as a parent of a student provides important insight on academics, residential life, faith, and service at Notre Dame– all which can help set Notre Dame apart in the student’s decision process.
This resource and training site provides information on our different volunteer roles, how to volunteer, and training for each role. The training component is critical so our alumni and parents can best represent Notre Dame by providing accurate information to prospective students and their families.
Volunteer offerings include:
- Representing the University as an Admissions Volunteer through your Notre Dame club (assisting with college fairs, contacting admitted students, and/or attending admitted student events)
- Reaching out to admitted diversity students through the efforts of the Alumni Diversity Council
- Participating in an online session to share your Notre Dame experience as an alumnus/a or parent with admitted students or their parents
We are thankful for the dedication of alumni and parents who are a part of recruiting future Notre Dame graduates.
