Club Scholarship Coordinators
Overview
Notre Dame Club Scholarships are a tradition which reflects the spirit and mission of the University of Notre Dame. The club scholarship program plays a pivotal role in supporting the University’s goal of enrolling a talented and diverse class by helping to make a Notre Dame education more affordable by awarding over $5 million annually to over 1,900 students.
This level of commitment to the club scholarship program is unique to Notre Dame and reflects the generosity of Notre Dame alumni and friends. Through the club scholarship program, the University is able to reduce student educational indebtedness ensuring that financial aid awards are competitive with some of the best financial aid policies in the country thus providing a brighter future for our graduates.
Responsibilities
Our Club Scholarship Coordinators are key in facilitating the selection process between Notre Dame clubs and the University. Club scholarship recipients can be selected by the University or by the scholarship committee.
Club Scholarship Coordinators are expected to review all communications and adhere to the timeline provided by the Office of Financial Aid. Clubs who select their recipients must review information provided by the University, select award recipients, and convey the information back to the University contact, as well as adhere to the terms and conditions of their scholarship agreement.
Participation of Club Scholarship Coordinators is confirmed on an annual basis through the Office of Financial Aid.
How to Volunteer
All volunteers are selected through their Notre Dame Club. Contact your club president for more details.
Once the volunteer is named, they should contact the Office of Financial Aid at 574-631-6461 or ndclubfa@nd.edu.
