Regional Assignments

To best serve our admissions volunteers all over the globe, our Alumni Engagement Team in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions has implemented a regional model for connecting with our admissions volunteers. This is a change intended to bring stability, clarity, and confidence to our standard of customer service, ensuring that you know which member of the team will be supporting you in your volunteer efforts. The regions of the Notre Dame Alumni Association have been divided among members of the team, so our staff can more readily and quickly answer the common questions and concerns of Notre Dame clubs in a particular region across the globe.

Examples of great questions to ask your assigned Alumni Engagement Team member include:

• Will you please help me remember how to access my portal?

• How do I add/remove new Outreach volunteers?

• I am transitioning out of the Admissions Volunteer Coordinator or Alumni Group Student Recruitment Director role. What do I need to do to get the new person set up?

• How do I order materials for a college fair?

• When is the next webinar?

Please note that your Alumni Engagement Team member is not intended to replace your club’s assigned admissions representative. All recruitment, yield, and student- and parent-facing events are still coordinated and led by your admissions representative, and they will be the ones traveling to your area!
