| March 8, 2023 | Financial report which includes a projection of 2023/2024 available scholarship resources loaded to Alumni Association portal |
| March 22, 2023 | Student Roster available online (freshmen only) |
| April 22, 2023 | Deadline for club to submit freshman club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid |
| May 1, 2023 | Undergraduate Admissions confirmation deadline |
| Late May 2023 | Club redistributes funds from canceled to confirmed students |
| June 16, 2023 | Student Roster (all students) |
| July 6, 2023 | Deadline for club to submit upperclassmen club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid so that the award will appear on the July 11, 2023 student account statement |
| October 27, 2023 | Billing statements mailed to club as appropriate |
