| March 8, 2024 | Financial report which includes a projection of 2024/2025 available scholarship resources emailed to the club by the Alumni Association |
| March 22, 2024 | Student Roster available online (freshmen only) |
| April 19, 2024 | Deadline for club to submit freshman club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid |
| May 1, 2024 | Undergraduate Admissions confirmation deadline |
| Late May 2024 | Club redistributes funds from canceled to confirmed students |
| June 14, 2024 | Student Roster (all students) |
| July 3, 2024 | Deadline for club to submit upperclassmen club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid so that the award will appear on the July 9, 2024 student account statement |
| October 31, 2024 | Billing statements mailed to club as appropriate |
